VIELCA INGENIEROS maintains a firm commitment to the environment and the reduction of its carbon footprint—a priority the company integrates into both its engineering projects and its daily operations. In line with this, the firm continues to upgrade its vehicle fleet, progressively incorporating vehicles featuring technologies that are more efficient and environmentally friendly.
As part of this sustainable mobility strategy, VIELCA INGENIEROS has added a new electrified vehicle to its fleet, thereby reinforcing its commitment to reducing emissions associated with travel linked to its professional activities. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to a responsible growth model, in which technological innovation and environmental stewardship go hand in hand.
This addition to the fleet was made possible through public funding aimed at promoting electromobility in Spain. Specifically, VIELCA INGENIEROS SA received a grant of €2,900 for the purchase of a plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV). This funding was provided by the European Union via the NextGenerationEU fund—under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan—for the acquisition of “plug-in” electric and fuel-cell vehicles. The grant was awarded through the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (via the IDAE) and managed by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) as part of the incentive program for efficient and sustainable mobility (MOVES III Program – Vehicles in the Valencian Community).
With this initiative, VIELCA INGENIEROS reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and European ecological transition goals, continuing its efforts to integrate increasingly efficient solutions into its daily operations.
