The purpose of the contract is to:
On-site monitoring on a monthly basis of the implementation of the works of the elderly residences corresponding to the “Special Administrative Contract for Residential Care for Dependent Elderly People in the Valencian Community”
For this purpose, VIELCA INGENIEROS S.A. has carried out the following actions:
- Technical control of the execution of the works and their conformity with the project submitted by the
contractor and approved in conformity by the Technical Office for Projects and Works. - Completion of an exhaustive check sheet with the data obtained during the site visit.
- Verification of compliance with the work plan provided by the company awarded the contract
As part of this contract, a total of 33 senior homes located in different municipalities of the Valencian Community were monitored.

- Realization of photographic reportage of each visit.
