The project involves the technical and administrative supervision of infrastructure works aimed at strengthening the primary healthcare network through the renovation of existing buildings and the construction of new health posts in various communities across the country. These interventions are part of the national strategy to improve primary healthcare coverage, with an emphasis on rural and hard-to-reach areas.
The supervision is aimed at ensuring that the works comply with the technical specifications, safety regulations, functionality and sustainability criteria, so that each health center can provide adequate basic services to the population.
An example of this effort is the El Conacaste Village Health Post, Chiquimula, completed in 2024 with a total investment of Q2,801,383.73, which was delivered to the Ministry of Health with safe, modern facilities ready to operate.

Supervision of Construction:
- Quality control of civil works, electrical installations, plumbing and finishes.
- Verification of compliance with deadlines, regulations and contracts.
- Supervision of occupational health and safety (OHS) measures and environmental control.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly technical reports that document progress, findings, corrective measures and work certifications.
- I work in coordination with the Healthy Growth program, coordinating efforts between technical supervision, the contractor, and health authorities to ensure the correct execution of the works.
