The Ministry of Health (MINSAL), with funding from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), is carrying out the construction of the National Health Training Center, located on the premises of the El Salvador Hospital (formerly Pavilion 5 of the former International Fairgrounds) in the municipality and department of San Salvador. The scope of work entails the comprehensive construction of the new health training building—ensuring compliance with quality and functionality standards—with a total construction area of 2,983 m².
Actions taken during construction supervision:
- Three-story building with an additional level for equipment slabs, featuring a shallow foundation consisting of isolated and combined footings.
- Execution of associated infrastructure works: potable water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and connections to existing systems.
- Installation of special systems:
- Mechanical system.
- Electrical system.
- Acoustic system.
- Security system.
- Fire protection system.
- Complementary systems for integrated operation.
- Repair and/or paving work on external circulation areas.

Supervision of Construction:
The supervision services provided cover the period from the stage prior to the commencement of construction works through to the final settlement of the project.
