Detailed description of the project
The work of the contract consisted of:
- the supervision and control of the implementation project at all stages of its approval;
- Monitoring of the work (technically and economically)
- Control of the documentation required for its proper processing
- And technical support to the management of the Works.
The work includes the urbanization and construction of a beach club defined as a multi-purpose complex on the beach that offers various services, including a restaurant service and a space dedicated to relaxation where you can enjoy the sun and listen to music, in this case the service is complemented by a swimming pool and additional activities and events programmed on the premises.
The scope of the Project has a Total Building Area of 1.337.48m2 built distributed in semi-basement, ground floor and roof.
And the contract execution budget for the project amounts to €2,230,000.
