Drafting of the project of the integral remodeling of an area of 10,146 m² of the green area located in the District Villa de Vallecas.
The refurbishment consists of the design of park areas for all kinds of uses (green areas, children’s and adults’ games, snack bars, etc.) as well as the general refurbishment of the park, the provision of street furniture and the improvement of lighting and the supply and irrigation network.
The work carried out was as follows:
- Comprehensive remodeling of the basic green area.
- Design of children’s play areas, games for adults, snack bars, estancial areas and park of bio-healthy elements.
- Extension of the lighting network.
- Design of supply and irrigation networks.
- Improving accessibility at access points and traffic areas.
- General conditioning of the park.
- Urban equipment and furniture.
