Drafting of the project for the rehabilitation of a partial area of the former factory “La Campaneta” recovering this space for multipurpose uses and local revitalization, making accessible to the public elements of architectural, historical and cultural interest such as the old morunos furnaces and the fired clay brick fireplace.
The intervention is carried out in an area of 2,901 m², on a single open floor, developing the following actions:
- Replacement of the entire structure of the main building (foundations and wooden truss cover).
- Rehabilitation of the thermal envelope of the main building (facades and carpentry).
- Design of interior facilities.
- Adaptation actions in two of the three old kilns and the square fireplace factory of solid baked brick of the time.
