Drafting of the project of the Integral Reurbanization of the Campus of Rabanales (Córdoba), which has a total area of 493,399 m².
The redevelopment includes the actions necessary for the formation of new roads, the repair and adaptation of existing roads, and the provision of service networks to the new plots generated.
The work carried out was as follows:
- Definition of the layout and dimensioning of the pavements and pavements of the new roads and adaptation of the existing ones.
- Provision of sewerage, water supply and rainwater networks on the new plots.
- Design of new low-voltage, medium-voltage power lines and transformation centers, telecommunications and gas.
- Renewal of lighting network,
- Structural calculations.
- Design of green areas and irrigation networks.
- Urban equipment and furniture.
