The project involves supervising the design, construction, equipping, and commissioning of the new Southern Regional Hospital in Choluteca, Honduras, located in the municipality and department of Choluteca on a site covering 55,750 m² equivalent to 8 mz.

The project is being developed using the fast-track methodology under a turnkey contract.

The healthcare facility will consist of two levels with a construction area of ​​14,357 m² and a capacity of 159 beds, of which 140 are census beds and 19 are non-census beds.

The hospital will feature the following service areas:

  • Emergency (adult and pediatric)
  • Internal medicine
  • Surgery
  • Intensive Care Unit
  • Surgical Suite (4 Operating Rooms)
  • Imaging: CT scanner, mammography unit, ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and conventional radiography.
  • Day hospital
  • Outpatient Clinic
  • Laboratory and Blood Bank
  • Medical Residency
  • Family Shelter

Control and Monitoring:
