The Sololá Hospital project (SNIP 278280) is being carried out under a turnkey contract covering design, construction, and equipping, with financing from CABEI. Supervision is provided by APCA VIELCA-CONCREMAT S.A., while construction is being undertaken by Constructora R y P, Ltda.

The project consists of supervising the design, construction, and equipping phases of the turnkey contract for the upgrade of the Sololá Departmental Hospital, utilizing a fast-track delivery method and divided into three main phases:

Phase 1 PRE-INVESTMENT:Includes technical studies, finalization of architectural and structural designs, design of all necessary specialized systems (plumbing and sanitation, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, air conditioning, medical gases, vertical transport, among others), as well as medical equipment planning.

Phase 2 CONSTRUCTION: Comprehensive supervision of the construction of a five-story hospital featuring a 240-bed capacity, a helipad, and specialized medical areas. Quality of work, compliance with technical and legal specifications, schedule control, material certification, and verification of construction milestones are ensured.

Phase 3 MEDICAL EQUIPMENT: Validation and certification of the installation of fixed and mobile medical equipment, authorizing changes that enhance functionality. The equipment phase will take place in 2026, and the hospital is expected to be fully operational by mid-2027.
