The work carried out by Vielca Ingenieros consisted in responding to the reports of PATRICOVA and CHJ on the danger of flooding of the plot to be developed in the western sector of Villareal, in which a detailed study was given according to the aforementioned requirements of the channels:
- Barranc del Esbarzers.
- Barranc del Ràtils.
- Río Veo.
The document included both a new hydrological study – not based on the previous studies but on the reference documentation and taking into account the comments made in both reports – and a geomorphological study and adapted the 2D hydraulic study in IBER to consider the flows finally determined and appropriate measures were designed to ensure that the flooding did not affect the plot or third parties.
