Detailed description of the project
Contract of services and technical assistance to be carried out on various works or buildings dependent on the SOCIAL WELFARE COUNCIL.
Among the works included in these contracts are the following:
- Review of projects and verification of compliance with current regulations.
- Implementation of Self-Protection Plans.
- Verification of compliance with current regulations on accessibility and elimination of architectural barriers.
- Verification of compliance with current regulations on fire protection.
- Technical control of the execution of the works and their conformity with the project submitted by the contractor and approved in conformity by the Technical Office for Projects and Works.
- Technical control of certification of works
- Completion of an exhaustive check sheet with the data obtained during the site visit.
- Verification of the fulfillment of the work plan provided by the contracting company.
