That the main characteristics of the work carried out are:
- Feasibility study prepared according to the minimum contents, data, analyses, reports or studies, established in Article 247 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, including an environmental and urban analysis of the plots proposed by the local authorities, a study of the economic viability of the Management Project,
- Ecoparks Network Management Project drafted in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislation, in particular the current State Waste Management Framework Plan, the Integral Waste Plan of the Valencian Community and the Zonal Waste Plan of Zone XVII, including the following documentation:
Management Project Report analysis and description of the Management Project, including the waste to be managed, the planned infrastructure (number and location, operating hours, routes, personnel, etc. ), the integrated management system, the schedule of implementation of the facilities, total service term, summary of investments,
Preliminary projects of ecoparks by typology (fixed Type D and Type C, and mobile): including briefs and appendices (basic health and safety study, quality control plan, waste management study, etc.), plans (detailed on the plots proposed by local authorities), documents and
Service management plan:sizing and justification of the waste to be managed, the necessary personal resources, the rules to be followed during the operation, including the following documents: service modeling, service rules and awareness campaign.
Economic-financial study: including the analysis of the investment and operating costs of the service, for each of the proposed fixed and mobile ecoparks, resulting in an operating fee for the service, which serves as a basis for the tender for the Management Project.
Synthesis paper: which presents in a summary and non-technical way the content of the Management Project.
- Technical assistance during the public information and environmental processing phases, including presentation of the Management Project to various bodies of the Consortium (technical committee, General Assembly, etc.), reply to allegations made during the public information period,
