Drafting of the Basic and Execution Project that includes the renovation works in the existing building and the extension works to respond to the new functional programme of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sport.
The built area is 8,707.31 m2.
Work included the drafting of the Safety and Health Study and the following facility projects:
- Electrical facilities at Low Voltage.
- Thermal facilities (Heating, Ventilation and Solar Hot Water Production).
- Gas facilities.
- Water Receiving Facility (Plumbing and Sanitation).
- Special Facilities (Fire Protection Facilities, Security against the risk of imprisonment, Protection against intrusion, Lightning rods, Audiovisual Facilities, Public Address, Video Intercom, Class Change Bell, Voice and Data Infrastructure, Building Management System).
